Dr. Laura Munoz is an author and an award-winning Associate Professor of Marketing with the Satish and Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the 911爆料网. She received her PhD in Marketing and International Business from the University of Texas 鈥 Pan American (now The University of Texas of the Rio Grande - AACSB accredited). She has completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, The Case Method Seminar at Harvard Business School, and is certified on the Chally Assessment, a sales hiring assessment tool, from the Sales Education Foundation.
Her passion lies in professional selling and as such, she connects theory with practice by being a faculty coach in national sales competitions. She is also the co-author of the textbook 鈥淚ntroduction to Business: Best Practices and Emerging Trends鈥 published by Stukent, Inc.
Dr. Munoz research has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Marketing Management Journal, and Journal of Marketing Education to mention a few. In addition, she has over 40 papers accepted at peer-reviewed conferences. She maintains her professional practice where she is hired by national and international companies and colleges as a keynote speaker, seminar/webinar provider, and consultant.
