The Tuition Due Date is the date by which all the students must either pay their account in full or have finalized payment arrangements with Student Account Services. Students who register after this date must finalize payment arrangements on the day that they register.
Corporate rate policy (effective Summer 2018)
Applicants: Eligible applicants must report membership or affiliation with the organization/company prior to admission.
Current students: Continuing students must report membership or affiliation with the organization/company prior to the tuition deadline for the current term in order to receive the corporate rate for the current term.
Affinity Group Policy Update (effective November 1, 2022)
Eligible applicants must report membership to the following affinity groups prior to admission. Continuing students are not eligible for the corporate rate if they were not members of the following affinity groups prior to admission.

Students who have more financial aid than charges may obtain a book voucher from Student Account Services located in the Office of Finance by submitting a request online. A book voucher is used in the bookstore located on campus. Book vouchers are usually issued in amounts not exceeding $350.00. Students needing more than $350.00 may request a higher amount as long as the financial aid credit is not exceeded. To request a book voucher, please fill out the online form. (Book Voucher Online) To find the price of books (including tax) prior to submitting a request, visit the . Student Account Services reserves the right to determine the final amount of the book voucher or to deny any request for a voucher. See below for the first date that book vouchers are available for each semester. Students should allow up to 24 hours for the processing of their Book Voucher Request to the Bookstore. Any request after 3 p.m. may be processed the next morning.
Advance Requests are available to students who have more financial aid than charges. These advances are available before financial aid has been posted to the student's account. Advances are available in amounts up to $1,000.00 and are issued once per semester. The Office of Finance reserves the right to modify or deny any advance. All Advance Requests must be submitted and received by Student Account Services no later than Monday at 5 p.m. to have the advance processed by Wednesday of the same week. Students must waive the health insurance online before the following dates listed below. If you have successfully submitted an accepted waiver for the Fall term, then you will not need to complete a waiver in the Spring term.
