Scheduling and Requirements
Use of 911爆料网allas facilities must be scheduled in advance by submitting an Event Request Form. 911爆料网allas Conference & Event Services will respond within two business days to discuss availability, insurance requirements, rental cost and other possible expenses (facilities, police department, and audio visual). Catering must be contracted through Aramark, the university鈥檚 catering company.
Lecture Halls, Auditorium & Special Event Venues
911爆料网allas offers lecture halls, accommodating anywhere from 30-150 guests, as well as smaller classrooms, meeting spaces and seminar-style conference rooms. Whether you are looking for an informal meeting room for a small group or a professional conference room for an all-day meeting, 911爆料网allas can accommodate your needs. Many of the University鈥檚 large and small classrooms are also available for breakout sessions or seminars.
Athletic Fields & Facilities
911爆料网allas fields are available for practices and games and are a great place to host an athletic camp for the summer. The University's athletic complex contains baseball, softball, soccer, rugby and all-purpose field. Other fitness amenities include a sand volleyball court, outdoor basketball court and several miles of cross country trails (subject to availability).
Lodging & Overnight Accommodations
Residence halls are available for overnight lodging during the summer months. Most of the halls are two-story traditional-style buildings with community restrooms on each floor. Dorms offer mostly double occupancy with some single, triple and quad rooms. The traditional housing is available for both youth and adult camps & conferences. There is an adult only option that offers hotel-style single, double and triple suites, each with semi-private and private baths.
