Dean, Gupta College of Business
J. Lee Whittington is associate professor of management and dean of the Gupta College of Business. He joined the 911爆料网 in 2000 and previously served as the College of Business dean from 2005 to 2008. Dr. Whittington received his PhD in organizational behavior from the University of Texas at Arlington. He received his undergraduate and master鈥檚 degrees from Austin College and the University of Texas at Arlington, respectively. Whittington's industry experience includes over 20 years in manufacturing and distribution. He has held executive positions in marketing, logistics and general management. His consulting experience includes executive coaching and leadership development engagements with Life.Church, Nokia, FedEx-Kinko鈥檚, RadioShack, Siemens, Penson Financial Services, Vendor Resource Management, Reynolds Metals, Ball Container, Camp Fire Boys and Girls, Valor Telecom, City of Arlington, City of Southlake, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Senior Associate Dean
Greg Bell received his doctorate in strategic management from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is senior associate dean and associate professor of management. He teaches courses in global entrepreneurship and corporate social responsibility and sustainability. After obtaining his bachelor鈥檚 degree in economics (1991) and MBA in finance (1992) at the University of North Texas, he joined Fidelity Investments, where he served for over 12 years. He later taught courses in international finance and corporate finance at Dallas Baptist University (2001-2005) and corporate strategy at the University of Texas at Arlington (2005-2008).

Associate Dean, Faculty Affairs and Curriculum Development
Julia A. Fulmore is associate dean of faculty affairs & curriculum development. She joined the University of Dallas as an assistant professor of management in 2018 and has taught courses in statistics and management at both the graduate and doctoral levels. She earned her PhD in HRD, with a specialization in organization development and change, from the University of Texas at Tyler. She holds a master鈥檚 degree in human resource management and an MBA from Texas A&M University - Central Texas.

Director of Graduate Admissions and International Student Services
Breonna Collins has been working in higher education for over a decade. She joined the University of Dallas in 2013 and is currently the graduate admissions director for the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business, where she oversees the recruitment and admissions process for prospective students. Collins received a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Prairie View A&M University, an MEd in higher education administration and an EdD in organizational leadership with an emphasis in higher education from Abilene Christian University.

Manager of Executive Education
Jennifer (Jenn) Howard has been at the 911爆料网 for the past 11 years. She manages the Center for Executive Education, which houses all of the non-credit offerings for the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business. She has over 20 years of experience in tracking and managing long- and short-term projects from inception to completion. The Center鈥檚 non-credit offerings include certification preparation courses in the fields of cybersecurity, finance, human resources, and project management; custom corporate training; and skills-focused certificate programs.

Manager of Graduate Academic Services
Sheri Collier has served in many capacities at the 911爆料网 since 2016. Most recently, Sheri joined the Gupta College of Business as an academic adviser and now manages graduate enrollment, academic advising and the Business Resource Center. Collier is a proud alumna of the MBA program at the Gupta College of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Texas Woman's University.

Administrative Assistant of the Dean
Kathy Wilder joined the 911爆料网 in 2023. She has over 20 years of experience providing administrative support for senior-level management in various corporate industries, such as insurance, banking, architecture, engineering, military contracting and health care. Wilder obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from Jones College in 2006 and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2018. She has also held memberships in the International Association of Administrative Professionals and National Notary Association for over seven years.
