Tips for Healthy Nutrition
- Eat breakfast daily - it boosts your metabolism and helps you focus.
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - maintaining adequate hydration helps concentration. Try to drink at least 64ox of fluid each day.
- Eat moderate portions throughout the day. Listen you your body: stop eating when you feel conformably full - not overstuffed.
